The nerves, excitement and my oh so colorful look all sum up to the butterfly metaphor for change. How does one become a butterfly? You must want success more than you want your comfort zone. I know I would rather be the caterpillar that bloomed into a colorful butterfly than the caterpillar that stayed a caterpillar all it's life.
