Something New, Something Blue

I hope you all are doing well. We made it to Thursday, Woohoo! Keep pushing the weekend is almost here.

Let's get into this stunning look. I have always been fascinated with how perfect cheerleaders hair bows are on game days; when I got this Ankara skirt which came with a head tie. I could not wait to make the most perfect bow with it for my look.

I'm a big attention to detail girl. I styled this beautiful Ankara skirt with this denim bralette because I like the contrast in fabrics, I love how the different blue shades mix and match. The pearl and gold rim accent buttons on the denim bralette set the tone for my pearl, white and gold accessories throughout the outfit. Chunky heels are always a yes for me especially because they extremely comfortable for all day wear balancing my body weight evenly. These caramel colored white chunky heels flatters this fun and glam look perfectly.

As you all know I can be very extravagant I rocked this outfit to work and a client mentioned that I looked like a head to toe African party; I thought of it as the greatest compliment because African parties if any of you have ever been, they are filled with lots of fun, food, dancing, laughter and just all around great vibes. I was delighted to represent my home and all of it's glory with just one look. I hope you all enjoyed this look. I know I sure did.
